Plans to bring 1,200 apartment units to the 5 World Trade Center site are moving forward in New York City’s Financial District.
Efforts to build housing on the former Deutsche Bank building site received approval from the Public Authorities Control Board on Thursday. The building was damaged and demolished as a result of the 9/11 attack on the nearby Twin Towers.
